To All who are receiving this broadcast we are entering the 13th hour of continueing cloud coverage this ongoing event has now been upgraded to a national emergency, this has been a sleepless night across metro detroit this panic and terror has swept the streets, it seems much of detroit has as well much of the country are still unsettled by this unexplainable cloud that still clutches the sky, from new your to honolulu, miami to farebanks, the expansion of the cloud has subsided as a wall of darkness, an artificial night still grips the land. Witnessess now tell us thousands upon thousands of people are emerging from sewers everywhere, their faces are painted and, and they look like clowns...the people are runnning and screaming but eyewitnesses say their not in pain its almost like a strange type of joy has over taken them and at this time we do not know why or where the people are runnin but there seems to be an organized plan directing their actions, its like a guiding force is giving them supernatural stamina, the events of clowns are now on the move, moveing in unisin, moving in one direction towards an unknow destination, almost as if they can see what others cannot. Heating an unaudible call that silently pierces this calm before the storm.
